No more pixelated, off-brand, or inconsistent floor plans. With these upgraded tools, you can now ensure every property is presented with bold, branded professionalism – effortlessly.
Why does this matter to you?
Floor plans are often one of the first things prospective buyers look at – and poor-quality visuals can lower the perceived value of a property.
With access to all Pro Floor Plan features, you can now:
- Add your agency’s logo to every plan
- Match plans to your exact brand colours
- Add furniture to your floor plans
- Embellish with a border or compass
And after you’ve saved your floor plan preferences, every floor plan generated will not only look polished but will also align seamlessly with your brand identity – helping you stand out and build trust with every listing.
How it works
1. Set your “Preferences”
In your PropertyBox Workspace, click on the ‘Preferences’ tab from the menu and select ‘Floor Plans’.
2. Upload your logo
Make sure your logo is high-resolution for the cleanest results.
3. Enter your brand colours
Paste in your hex codes or use the colour picker to match your brand identity.
4. Save your settings
Click on “Save Preference Settings” and all done! All future floor plans will now be fully branded automatically.
How to find your company’s brand colours
- Check your agency’s brand guidelines: These usually include official colour codes for print and digital use.
- Use a hex finder tool: Upload your logo or input your website URL into a free online tool to extract the hex values from your imagery.
- Convert RGB to hex: If you only have RGB values, you can convert them easily using any free RGB-to-hex converter.
