We’re excited to let you know that Social Media Post Scheduling is now available – no upgrades or add-ons required.
No more scrambling to post in real time or juggling multiple scheduling platforms. With this new feature, you can now plan and schedule your posts in advance, all within PropertyBox.

Why does this matter to you?
As mentioned in our Using Social Media to Market Your Properties webinar, consistency is key in social media and trying to post manually every day can become overwhelming. Missed posts, awkward timing, and inconsistent visuals can cost you engagement and growth.
With our new scheduling tools, you can now:
✅ Plan content across Instagram, Facebook, and X
✅ Preview how your post will look before it goes live
✅ Optimise posting times based on your audience’s location
✅ Stay on-brand with consistent messaging and visuals
How it works
1. Log into your PropertyBox account
Start by logging in and navigating to any property you’re working on.
2. Go to the ‘Campaigns’ tab
From within the property view, click on Campaigns to access your ongoing or new content campaigns.
3. Select your campaign
Choose the campaign you want to schedule content for.
4. Create and Post content
Craft your post – this is your time to shine!

5. Click on ‘Schedule Post’
Once your content is ready, hit the Schedule Post button.

6. Choose a date and time
Pick the moment for your post to go live – aligned with your audience.

7. Confirm and you’re all set!
Click Confirm and… that’s it. Your post is now scheduled and ready to go. 🎉
